1Who we are
Convertix Engine ("the Service") is a business-to-business lead generation and outreach platform provided by Convertix Core ("we", "us"). This policy covers the Service and this website. For any privacy question, reach us through convertixcore.com.
2What we collect

3Cookies
We use a small number of strictly necessary cookies: a session cookie that keeps you signed in, and an optional "remember me" cookie that lasts up to 30 days. Your theme choice is stored locally in your browser.
We do not run advertising cookies or third-party tracking pixels on this website.
4How your data is used
- To run the features you ask for — searching sources, verifying emails, drafting messages and sending campaigns.
- To keep the Service secure, including rate limiting and abuse prevention.
- To contact you about your account, such as verification and password reset emails.
We do not sell, rent or share your workspace data with advertisers, and we do not use it to train AI models.
5Third parties we rely on
To deliver the Service we pass the minimum necessary data to: business data providers used by the lead finder; AI providers that generate the drafts you request; our email delivery and hosting providers; and Google, if you choose Google Sign-In. Each processes data only to perform that function.
6Email you send through the Service
You are the sender of every message you send with Convertix Engine, and you are responsible for it. You must have a lawful basis to contact each recipient, must honour unsubscribe requests, and must comply with the rules that apply to you — including CAN-SPAM, GDPR and similar laws. We maintain suppression lists and sending limits to support this, but the obligation is yours.
7How long we keep it
Workspace data is kept while your account is active. If you delete your account, the account and its data are removed. Limited records may remain in backups or logs for a short period before they expire, and we may retain what the law requires us to retain.
8Security
Data is transmitted over HTTPS, passwords are hashed, mailbox credentials are stored encrypted, and access to feature endpoints requires an authenticated session. No system is perfectly secure, but we take these measures seriously and improve them continually.
9Your rights
You can access or correct your data inside the Service, export your leads at any time, and delete your account from your profile settings. Depending on where you live, you may also have the right to object to processing, request a copy of your data, or complain to a data protection authority. Contact us and we will respond.
10Children
The Service is a business tool and is not intended for anyone under 18.
11Changes to this policy
If this policy changes materially, we will update the date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify you inside the Service.
